That says a civil determination in one state satisfies the disqualification requirement either.

Basic common sense is you need more, or you'd have red states doing it and then saying a future Dem President elect was disqualified.
We screwed up by not immediately charging him with insurrection incitement and convicting him, or by not impeaching him successfully (we being collectively as a nation not just Dems in the second half).

Grasping at this stuff serves no cause
