I doubt there is any such bill. NRA lies like mf-ers to keep their fans riled up. I remember one repug in MI was allowed to use my aunt's Real Estate office for making calls. He had a bunch of volunteers that were telling people they were from the NRA and to get out and vote for their shitty candidate. He was elected. It's ok, because I was proven right when I told my aunt the guy was scum. He later resigned in disgrace after a really loud, messy, public, drunken fight with his wife and girlfriend in a bar.
