attitude they have. Regardless of the reasons why someone is opposing policies that we also oppose, we'll take it. Isn't that being politically 'pragmatic'? I've been told that when a Democrat votes AGAINST our interests, s/he is just being 'pragmatic'. And also told that being 'idealistic' is 'naive'. I'm all for taking that advice and being pragmatic when it comes to what benefits the people the most.
