I never shared anything crazy b/c ex knows about DU and reads occasionally, but I did PM with some wonderful people here and I would hope I could help others deal with going through this awful experience. When you are going through it you honestly think you are the only one and when it first happened, even just reading through the posts helped. I hope it stays!!
