It boils down to saying Israel's Jews are better people than anyone else, that good behavior can't be expected from the likes of Syrians or Russians or Chinese, or Iranians, or Sudanese, or what have you, let alone from militant bodies like Hamas crusading against Israel's Jews, but Israel's Jews, well, they're capable of better behavior....
