I've also read them all (in order, even!) with the exception of Misery Bay. It's still priced out of sight on kindle, so I'm waiting 'til I get near a library or used book store to pick it up.

I don't think I've read his books that take place in New York, but I did read "The Lock Artist," which seems to take place in Michigan, although the state and the area do no figure prominently in the book. That might have been his best work yet.

Not sure what this has to do with the topic, but it sure is a great mystery series!
