so my doctor says my kidneys are doing very poorly [View all]

60 years old and starting to feel it.

so he says no tomato, avocado, potato, banana etc...diabetes and high blood pressure have damaged my kidneys...funny tho...I feel better than I have in years...lost lots of weight and have not been sick at all. I work two jobs seven days a week and have done this for years. so anyone have any tips on what I can eat that is low potassium and maybe regenerative to kidneys?
can't say I'm liking the idea of never eating avocados or tomatoes again...
