Bought some freshly made, thinly sliced seitan “turkey” from a local vegan restaurant which they also sell for take out, along with their homemade gravy. I heated it up with the gravy and made a baked stuffing with whole wheat bread cubes, celery, onion, mushrooms and herbs. Also had freshly made applesauce and steamed green beans. Comfort food night.
