Does anyone else always feel exhausted after a therapy session? [View all]

I did manage to get laundry done but now I feel like I could go to sleep. After I feed the kid cats, that is.

Also, the nightmare medication as finally started working. Every once in a while one will slip through but usually my dreams are now just very weird.
