You will need to sit with it for a short period of time. Breathe deeply and count backwards 3-2-1 rhythmically, over and over. Think only of the numbers.

Once you get to the ER, they will likely give you antianxiety meds to relieve the terrible symptoms you are experiencing. Just a little more time... keep breathing and counting...

Once your symptoms are controlled, it will be important to get to the root of what's causing them. That will take more time. But with the symptoms well-controlled, you will be able to start that deeper work.

Edit: Just saw your post about the terminal breast cancer. I am so sorry. No wonder you are having panic attacks. Low oxygen can do that. You have every reason to feel scared, but deserve symptomatic relief. [[Hugs]]
