an adrenal support supplement. Didn't seem like it made any difference. I don't have chronic fatigue or anything, but would just like to have more energy in general. I did just try a new supplement (NAD), (I'll post link below) which is supposed to help with energy levels. I've only taken it a few times and had to stop because I have an upcoming minor surgery. The first time I took it though, I noticed I got a lot more done that particular day than usual and seemed to have more drive and desire (energy?) to get more things accomplished. So the verdict is still out until I've taken it for a longer period of time, but if you want to read up on it, here you go:
