Is adrenal fatigue an appropriate topic here?
I guess it is semi-chronic with some.
Anyway wondering if anyone else has experience using a supplement called Adrenal Energy".

(3,824 posts)an adrenal support supplement. Didn't seem like it made any difference. I don't have chronic fatigue or anything, but would just like to have more energy in general. I did just try a new supplement (NAD), (I'll post link below) which is supposed to help with energy levels. I've only taken it a few times and had to stop because I have an upcoming minor surgery. The first time I took it though, I noticed I got a lot more done that particular day than usual and seemed to have more drive and desire (energy?) to get more things accomplished. So the verdict is still out until I've taken it for a longer period of time, but if you want to read up on it, here you go:

(22,240 posts)Along with hernia surgery this summer I had a posterior vitreal separation (which scared me quite a bit) and lots of emotional stress.
Had a lot of insomnia along with all this. Now sleep is much better and am exercising more. Hope to keep improving.
