18. When I first went to AA, I met my sponsor at my second meeting

She was the best, was patient with me and told me what to do. She took me to meetings, we did all the As - AA, Alanon, CoDA (Codependents Anonymous) and OA - she went to OA and it helped me, too. My problem was just the opposite, when I drank - even when I cooked - I didn't eat. I got down to 105 lbs. at one point and hospitalization was suggested. So OA was helpful with that - and I met some really nice people.
