There are basically only two genders (vast oversimplification that ignores transitioning, asex, bisex, non-binary, intersex, XXY, XYY, epigenetics, and a lot more that would not be useful to get into or detail here) but that doesn't matter because:

1. You are who you are inside your lived experience especially in your mind.

2. You can choose who you want to be and become that because it is your lived experience and your mind.

3. Outward appearances are malleable to varying degrees at varying expense with varying risk, but they are to help other people understand better who you are. You know who you are: you are you.

4. Governmental policy can throw awful roadblocks to designations on drivers licenses and competitions of certain kinds and such, but that doesn't change who you are because that is inside.

5. Take comfort that you are who you are regardless of what people see or say or think they see.

6. If we are going to allow, as we do as a society, breast enlargement and penis enhancement, then as a society where all people have equal rights (yeah, I know...) it does not matter what chromosomes you have if you want your breast enlarged or your penis enhanced or both: you are allowed to do it.

7. I am sorry that people have to suffer because of repressive busybodies who have a ridiculously narrow outlook on life (yes, that's you, evangullibles and maga).

8. Carry on as best as you can, knowing you are you.

What is government gonna do when we understand gene regulation and epigenetics to the degree where we will be able to grow feathers or gills? It's coming, unlikely in my lifetime, but it is coming.
