So I buy an item on eBay, located in FL, and the seller doesn't ship it [View all]

I ask for a refund, he says he will process it, and blames it on one of his employees, and the product is now listed in Brazil! So this is some 3rd rate stooge with a home gig worker here in the US. No wonder Amazon is winning this game.
