They put up the 12 foot plastic skeleton about 4 or 5 years ago. They live across the street from a stip mall. There's a family with a special needs child that was non verbal. I believe he was about 5 years old at the time. The mother reported to the local news station that her child had spoken for the first time in his life when he saw that skeleton. Turn around mom, turn around!
She parked in the strip mall lot across the street and cried as her son laughed and talked about how much he loved that skeleton.
The neighbor for the last 5 years has decorated that skeleton for every holiday and the whole neighborhood love it.
Sometimes there are reasons for things that we may not always understand.

My optometrist has a six foot skeleton sitting in his office. He dresses it up for the various holidays and events. The
