My friend got a notice from the p.o. that there were several packages for them, that were from "potentially fraudulent addresses" There was significant postage due. They had to go to the p.o. to either refuse the packages or pay the postage. They wanted the gifts, so paid the postage. My friend realized that sellers might pass on the tariff charges either to the p.o. or add to the cost of the items.
