You've probably already seen these links, but I'll post them here in case you have not.

Also, I'm not sure if these links would help, since your account is being glitchy for you.

It looks like the USPS would consider this to be a lost package because it has been over 7 days.

If you can get the process to work for you, you are certainly entitled to a postage refund, even if the package was not insured. Also, if the package was insured, you are entitled to a refund for the insured contents.

I've had this happen a few times, and in all of my experiences, the package shows up some time later. Sometimes, a LONG time later, unfortunately.

I'm not sure if this is much help to you, but I hope it is.

EDIT TO ADD: if you can't submit a missing mail request via your account, you might try to bring the tracking number to your post office, and maybe they can submit it on their end on your behalf?
