... but the reason I took it for my 'go-to' vodka drink is 1. It is made locally (I live in the Bay Area, I think originally was made in my city, San Francisco), but more importantly, 2. It is ultra filtered and tends to give less horrendous hangovers.

I don't really drink as much as I used to, so that is not really a problem for me, but I am kind of a creature of habit, and that is my habit. Also, where I buy it at Safeway, it has been $19.99 (liter) for over 14 years now.

I was surprised that the price didn't go up due to inflation. I rarely have hangovers (but I also don't drink anything like I used to).
