So you think that "Daddy John Roberts", who has been the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS for 20 years, would suddenly create a special "carve-out" to Garland to allow his office to actually prosecute 45?

Why people keep thinking that Roberts, who has protected 45 from day one, would suddenly have a change of heart, is mind-boggling.

The Roberts "shadow docket" is clear as day and why people won't see that is sad.

With Roberts, there was no "clock". It wasn't going to happen.
