We still have the Senate to clear and then TSF's signature. Hopefully, when the full House votes on this, swing state R's will decide if it is going to pass anyway, they may as well vote for it to show their voters that they were independent enough to buck party leadership and the bill passes by a large margin. That may pressure the Senate to do the same. Kind of like how the Epstein files vote played out, once the discharge petition was passed, nobody wanted to be on the wrong side of public opinion and it passed with landslide votes in both chambers.
