That's another wing of the GOP. The Libertarians are "pro-choice", again not because they care about women, but because they don't want "the government" to tell them what medical treatment they can or cannot get.
The GOP has -
1.) The religious RW loons
2.) The QAnon (or other CT) freaks
3.) The so-called "Fiscal Conservatives"
4.) The "Neocons"
5.) The "Isolationists/Nativists"
6.) The so-called "Corporate" and "Big business" pushers
7.) The "anti-regulation" Libertarians
Each one is a faction and whoever shouts the loudest gets their policies implemented.
