There is no limit on the number of appointments a President can make. He can make appointments for ANY vacancy, and he can appoint Republicans and Independents, as he did. He appointed 2 Dems, one from the Good Old Putin party and one independent.

What he did not do is insist that his appointees get rid of DeJoy. And he left 3 seats vacant for his last year -- even though WE CONTROLLED THE SENATE.

This is absolutely inexcusable. And this is the kind of thing that makes people not want to work hard to get Dems elected. When we have power, we refuse to use it, and come up with lame excuses why we can't do anything, just as you did right there.
