Despite the fact that it's so obvious that if we have better curricula in public schools - teach things like nutrition (I did in junior high, and I'm maybe not the best example, seeing as that was in the 50's and knowledge of what is good nutrition has come along way since them, in addition to the fact that allergies to some foods make it vastly more difficult.) It would also not hurt to teach actual civics

Of course he wants to squeeze every possible penny out of public education too..
