Mandated coverage of some preventative care (passed along with the ACA) is going to the Supreme Court. I fully expect the anti-coverage lawyers to invoke "personal responsibility" In arguing against coverage.

Rethugs have tried this angle before, in trying to avoid coverage for PrEP and I think contraception -- they didn't get far because of the ACA requirements, so that are tackling that. Wait until they find out that straight folks get HIV too!
