people, kids, women, tortured and killed them, Maduro has. He claims to be a "Socialist", but "Socialism" does not exist, "Socialism" is just rhetoric that communists dictators use to lure the people to vote for them, once in power their dictatorship agenda blooms.

Communism is Dictatorship, they are the same tragic formula but with different beginnings, not 100% though because they both find an enemy, the USA being the primary for many of these regimes, they both make promises they don't intend to keep, they are both totalitarian, but the "Socialist" rhetoric is soft, full of promises to bring people together, out of poverty, etc.. Of course, once they get in power poverty climbs at an exponential rate giving to breathing room to the people, and once they are established, the dictatorship of the "Socialist/Communist" regime comes to light, but by then the regime has taken over the military, the police, have also created their own militia, and the people have very little room to fight.

That, in a nutshell, is Venezuela. A very aggressive criminal regime, and that is why the USA placed bounties on the heads of Maduro and other thugs from the regime who have committed the most horrible crimes against its citizens.

Now, trump loves Maduro, he thinks Maduro is strong and intelligent, so I would not be surprised if these bounties are suspended.
