… but there’s no force behind our disapprobation.

She’s a federal judge whose ruling that he wasn’t legally appointed to the role has not been overturned… and if he isn’t legally a special prosecutor, then he doesn’t have the power to produce reports.

And all she has to do is avoid getting overturned before the 20th (assuming this wasn’t a temporary order that she ends up undoing herself)
