out of reordering the material, probably as a grift. The price will be inflated and he will collect the difference between what it costs and what he says it cost. Or, he will claim to reorder it and pocket all of the claimed reordering cost.

But, I still love seeing it sold off at auction now. Any micro jabs that annoy the felon elect and give us something to chuckle over are good, IMO.
