2. I had a recall on my Acura MDX in February. ...

I got a letter to get my recall fixed.
Went to the dealer and they said they didn't have the part because it was on back order.

Received another letter in May about the same recall, so I went to my dealer a second time again still on back order.
I called the NHTSA and filed my complaint. They said they'd call me to follow-up and I have yet to get that call.

Now I have t deal with this recall, which is completely different.
Wonder of these parts are on back order as well.

I see a. pattern!
