23. I would not be surprised. He renegotiated the North American Trade agreement in his first term.

Yesterday

During his second term, he called it a terrible deal and whoever negotiated it (I repeat, it was him) was stupid. He tore up that deal by unilaterally imposing tariffs on Canada and Mexico.

The Art of the Deal negotiator is an idiot. I guarantee his deal with Iran will be much worse than the 2015 agreement he tore up.
