3. I just looked it up - had no idea there was a special name for this seaweed

but it makes sense. Also noted that with warmer ocean waters more of it grows ... so that's not good.

We are about an hour north of surfside or galveston - up in the burbs. For us it's the start of hurricane season (and this year heavy mosquitos in this swampland from all the rain). The old-timers tell us where we live now used to be rice fields.
