It may have been the Emmys. She got a standing ovation when she came out. Unfortunately I missed most of it because I had something in my eye.

A friend co-wrote a movie about the Wonderland murders ("Wonderland" ) and Applegate lobbied hard for her part in the movie because she grew up on that street in the Hollywood Hills when everything went down.

Her podcast partner Ms. Sigler has done commercials for an MS pharm product.
