12. Looks like SERIOUS balance issues to me. He's terrified of falling

always has been but seriously - as an RN working with this population full time for the last decade or so - he is CLEARLY guarding his balance here. There are so many things that could be causing or contributing to this it’s almost impossible to say why but a short list would have to consider

Medications
Inner ear disorders
Sinus/ENT infections
Heart Disease
Circulatory Disorders
Syndromes that include POTS
Stroke/TBI effects
Proprioception/Nerve disorders
Electrolyte/Metabolic imbalances
Cognitive changes
Anxiety disorders
