So I've listened to the full part of that segment from the video posted in post #41 and your interpretation is not at all what he said. No where in that segment does he say "California does cooperate with ICE, and they still use the heavy handed methods we are seeing"
If he does that my mistake and could you point me to where in the video he says that or even explicitly alludes to that?

Also you are accusing me of misrepresenting something and I did no such thing. I stated in my OP "This is where he concedes that he cooperates with ICE:" which is exactly what he does and the quote I used is lifted verbatim from the source article I used and I gave a link to the article from which that quoted text was lifted.
