I can't think of a one syllable synonym for tortilla. But change broccoli to stalk and that's catchy, and accurately repeats the statement.
Now if you drop the and, you could sing "one tortilla" and fit the notes. GT sings beer as two syllables, so
One chicken, one stalk, one tor-tilla.
That would work.
