14. The "swim down movement" encompasses the stay-at-home tactic along with other techniques

Wednesday

In order to get everyone to organize and pull in the same direction; the goal being, for all intents and purposes, a general strike. Americans have yet to decide whether they will allow themselves to be inconvenienced enough to fight for liberty over fascism. It’s quite frustrating, and I do not understand.
