48. My question exactly.

The guy's been an idiot for several decades. Believe me, I know. I live about 60 miles north of NYC, and have seen this guy in action since the 1980's.
Nothing has changed since then. He was an idiot back then, and still is now, except over the years he's perfected idiocy.
