And they have free and fair elections, then Maduro should be returned to Venezuela to FACE charges THERE about election fraud.

I have a number of friends of mine from Venezuela ( some are in exile in Chile ) and this is what they tell me THEY want. And really this should not be up to us, it should be up to them.

Right now they tell me the grocery stores are empty and there is no medicine, power is intermittent at best in Caracas. so immediate humanitarian aid is needed... then they can start thinking about the future... THEIR future.
