Exactly who is in the office of the President in Venezuela? [View all]

No one seems curious how Trump is "running" it. Supposedly the Maduro's vice hasn't agreed with trump, and some sources say she's in Russia.

Like are Maduro's soldiers there, or what? Who is there? Is the place just empty. Who is reporting on this? Anyone?
