Exactly who is in the office of the President in Venezuela?

No one seems curious how Trump is "running" it. Supposedly the Maduro's vice hasn't agreed with trump, and some sources say she's in Russia.

Like are Maduro's soldiers there, or what? Who is there? Is the place just empty. Who is reporting on this? Anyone?

And the woman who won the election who's in exile right now, she should be talking to France, Germany, the UK, Spain, Canada and everybody else in NATO to recognize her as the legal president of Venezuela!
