6. Stupid worrying about small percentage of students - and it's always to "protect the girls"...

Y'know, the girls who are accused by the other team's parents of being trans females and be forced to undergo humiliating examinations just because they've the misfortune of being bigger or not feminine looking enough as well as being better than the little princess who is the best player at her school.
I was one of the girls who could and did make the boy's HS Varsity soccer team before Title IX. Because there was no Girls Varsity soccer team at the time.
Just as one of my intersex/presenting female classmates could compete and win in the flyweight Wrestling team - but then, very few boys on the other team wanted to go up against her.
Ridiculous, thinking that average cis-teenage boys would take the time and long-term effort to pretend to be trans to get an "advantage" or attention, risking bullying, distain, and rejection from their peers and family members. That's only something supposedly grown assed perverts and haters would think up.
