There is no legal requirement for him to be returned

Most of the stuff I've read or seen clips of from legal experts on news programs all say it is a 9-0 order to return him to the US.

To be clear to say anything other than "bring him home" is to say the 4th, 5th and 14th amendments no longer apply...to anyone. (Because I either it applies to everyone or no one at all)
