Justice delayed is justice denied

From the hearing today on Garcia it appears they are doing discovery and will reconvene in two weeks.
So at least two more weeks of delays. Likely a lot more.
Why didn't this judge demand immediate compliance with the SCOTUS order to bring him back home and instead we get this bullshit?

Sorry, I get the law can work slowly but somehow it only ever does when it's to the advantage of the wealthy and affluent.

HAPPENING NOW: At the federal courthouse in Greenbelt, Maryland, Judge Paula Xinis is set to begin a hearing on the government’s efforts – or lack thereof – to “facilitate” the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident who was wrongly removed to El Salvador.

1. According to experts... the SCOTUS order doesn't order his return.

Roberts scolded the lower Court Judge and she modified her response to the DoJ.

There is no legal requirement for him to be returned... Roberts inserted the right "weasel word"

There is no legal requirement for him to be returned

Most of the stuff I've read or seen clips of from legal experts on news programs all say it is a 9-0 order to return him to the US.

To be clear to say anything other than "bring him home" is to say the 4th, 5th and 14th amendments no longer apply...to anyone. (Because I either it applies to everyone or no one at all)

tweeting that this judge is carefully building a case for contempt, but I'm worried this guy may not survive because I doubt Trump wants him coming back to the United States and giving hundreds of interviews about what just happened to him, and the president of El Salvador seems not to give a shit about him either.

I wish the judge would order his return tonight and worry about contempt, etc... after he's back on American soil.

Might not be an overly satisfying immediate result, but she's clearly building a rock solid case for a contempt ruling.

But I also know that that poor man and really all the people we sent there, are suffering and suffering a fate that has nothing to do with them personally. It's just a political game they are playing.
