4. Anyone who witnesses one of these attempts by ICE should report the event to local police as an attempted kidnapping.

Make these ICE Agents identify themselves to local law enforcement and to anyone who wishes to know their names and who ordered these people picked up, where they will be held and who is responsible for ensuring they are given access to legal representation and due process. These masked agents acting without accountability can not continue.
