Is there no way that Names of All ICE employees can be obtained?

I mean they are parading around with masks on and kidnapping people off the streets. What process needs to happen to get names of all ICE employees, and where their work area is? Hell, even our police have id badges and names shown. Could the judge in the Garcia case demand these identifications? Seems like this is really important information.

Make these ICE Agents identify themselves to local law enforcement and to anyone who wishes to know their names and who ordered these people picked up, where they will be held and who is responsible for ensuring they are given access to legal representation and due process. These masked agents acting without accountability can not continue.

doing the flight to ES and on their return to the US have agents at the terminal ready to arrest the pilots.
