Justice delayed is justice denied [View all]

From the hearing today on Garcia it appears they are doing discovery and will reconvene in two weeks.
So at least two more weeks of delays. Likely a lot more.
Why didn't this judge demand immediate compliance with the SCOTUS order to bring him back home and instead we get this bullshit?

Sorry, I get the law can work slowly but somehow it only ever does when it's to the advantage of the wealthy and affluent.
