11. Protests large and small everywhere every week can break through.

They get local coverage. Local people see them and wonder what is up. That is one way to chip away at the apathy and propaganda.

That and having Democrats running for seats at EVERY level everywhere -- retail politics. That reaches people. We are social creatures. If you think "everyone" around you is a Republican, then you are too. Democrats are everywhere -- even if a minority in a given community -- and need to be more visible.

"Breaking through" the deranged right's stranglehold on social media and capture of mainstream sources is an uphill climb. Yes, we must battle that, but the best way to prove the propaganda wrong is to "win" in the real world. Community engagement. Citizen action. Just plain volunteering for stuff and meeting and talking to people.
