Best retirement too. If they exempt young workers and expect them to provide for their own retirement, those workers need better options than 401K, IRA, HSA, etc. They need discipline. Mandatory deductions. That's the beauty of Social Security. Without laws and FICA deductions, few will do it.

Trump is a wrecking ball.
