4. Good thoughts/idea. Local channels do have a lot to offer, and they're not part of the gang that seems to own

way too many radio stations, etc. The concentration of ownership has always been a concern of mine, that this was allowed. Local radio stations seem to be more informative in their coverage of local news, and also, add a personal touch to their coverage.

Of course, in my case, being that I'm profoundly hard of hearing, I pretty well tune out the noisy world, which is not too hard to me to do, considering the magnitude of my hearing loss. But as many of my friends tell me, I'm not missing much. Which, in my viewpoint, is a blessing. Sure, I miss a lot, but to be fair, there's a lot I don't miss, the partisanship, the BS, the ADs, the talking heads nonstop pushing their very biased agenda. It gets pretty old after a while. But that's okay, they wear out their welcomes pretty quickly and people get turned off pretty quickly.

The constant barrage of TV/audio electromatic waves bombarding us constantly w/ ADs, BS talk, talking heads constantly stressing their partisan points gets very old. A good example is Faux News/Fox News finally getting tired of tRUMP's and his thugs BS. I am curious as to what direction they'll turn now.
