How would this person know that "he has proof why Trump stole classified documents"? Smith's office didn't engage in leaking of information so how would anyone know what they did and didn't have proof of?
That is the first post of yours I was responding to. It's about whether Smith has proof. Where am I wrong?
This thread (starting with 3.) is responding to Smith claiming he has proof. I omit the word "saying" because you think that word negates the whole point. Of course it must go to court to be proven to the public, but if Smith says he can do that, am I going to believe him or Trump?
I never engaged in a debate about whether Smith's claim was a public statement or not because I don't care. So it you think you've won on that score, have fun with it.
But I don't take kindly to being accused of spreading misinformation (when I haven't) so I'm done engaging with you now or in the future.

I had not heard that, but I would question the validity of the statement without evidence.

If it was so well known he said it, then why can't I find a single reference to it on a google search?

Wrong again. I started by saying I was skeptical that Jack Smith ever made such a statement

I get that, but it is not a majority. Half the republic can't even be bothered to vote.

Yep. No one wants us to see the raw ugly truth about Trump's many crimes past and present.
